1. Purpose
This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when enrolling onto a course with the Academy. It outlines the responsibilities of both the learner and the Academy and should be read before accessing any training.

2. Course Fees
Course fees, deposits and payment plans will be confirmed before enrolment. Any outstanding balances must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Additional charges, such as reassessments or replacement certificates, will always be communicated in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Deposits are normally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Where access has been given to digital learning materials, refunds may not be available. Transfers to alternative training dates are subject to availability and the Academy's discretion.
