Student Code of Conduct

1. Purpose
The Student Code of Conduct outlines the professional standards of behaviour expected from all learners throughout their training. By following this code, you help create a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment for everyone.

2. Professional Behaviour
Learners are expected to behave professionally at all times. Respect should be shown towards tutors, staff, fellow learners, models and clients. Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

3. Respect, Equality & Inclusion
The Academy is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination or victimisation of any kind will not be accepted.

4. Attendance & Engagement
Learners are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, arrive on time and actively participate in their learning. If you are unable to attend, you should notify the Academy as soon as possible.

5. Academic Integrity
All coursework, assessments, portfolio evidence and examinations must be completed honestly and represent your own work. Cheating, plagiarism or falsifying evidence may result in disciplinary action and could affect your qualification.

6. Confidentiality & Social Media
Any information relating to clients, models or fellow learners must remain confidential. Images, videos or personal information must not be shared without the appropriate consent. Learners are expected to represent themselves and the Academy professionally on social media.

7. Health & Safety
Learners must follow all Academy health and safety procedures, including infection prevention, hygiene standards and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where required. Any accidents, incidents or hazards should be reported immediately.

8. Acceptance
By enrolling on this course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the Student Code of Conduct throughout your qualification.
